We have received and reviewed your Better Business Bureau complaint. Some of those accounts will be very difficult to access without using my original phone number for identity verification. That number was used for security verification, 2FA, and notifications across many different accounts. All I want is my original phone number back. The whole experience is simply beyond frustrating. After each attempt to explain this, I was told "the number was inactive for a year and is impossible to restore" even though it was not currently in use by anyone else. It was definitely not inactive by any definition of the word. My bill was setup with autopay and I used that number almost daily for over 10 years. After 4 more days of calls to customer service, I was eventually told that my number had been changed because it was inactive for at least a year. Over the course of 3 days and many phone calls, customer service assured me that my original number could be restored and they would take care of it. Then, all of a sudden and without notice on Friday, March 24th, my phone number is changed without my knowledge or consent. I would not recommend them.I have had the same phone number for over 10 years and used it almost daily. I asked if he was the owner of the company just sitting at home in front of his TV answering calls, he said yes. I said I need to speak to someone above you. I asked him for the number to the corporate office, he said there isn't one. After waiting a long time he told me the SIM card they sent me wasn't compatible. I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor, the guy dismissed my request and asked me to explain everything again.

I had to call again to talk to someone else.Īfter explaining everything again, they did whatever they do to figure it out, but after 20 min they hung up. The phone I am using the SIM in is an older walmart phone that is Tmobile compatible. I called again, after talking and explaining everything all over again, the person said I need to use the SIM I bought from the store since it is verizon compatible. It's been 30 hours, it's still not active. After taking a while, they finally said the phone would and SIM would be active within 4 hours. A few days later I got another SIM card in the mail. They said they cosmetics use that SIM because it was expired. A few days later I got a SIM card in the mail.
